Strength at the core.

Our sandwich-panel construction bonds glass-fibre reinforced plastic face sheets around a high-density polyurethane foam core, with reinforcement and embedded mounting material where the structure demands it.

EVERMOUNT / DEALERS & FLEETS

FOR DEALERS
& FLEETS.

Evermount Truck Solutions builds dry freight and refrigerated truck bodies to order in Abbotsford, BC, for truck dealers, fleets, owner-operators and lease and rental fleets in British Columbia and Alberta. Here is how an upfit works, what fits which chassis, and how to request a quote.

UPFIT PROCESS

From chassis to finished body.

  1. Application review. We work to understand the application: the type of cargo, the vehicle and chassis specifications, payload requirements, interior dimensions, door configuration, insulation and refrigeration needs, daily operating conditions and budget.
  2. Configuration. We define the body envelope around the selected chassis and operational payload and recommend a configuration — dry freight or refrigerated, 10 to 20 ft, plus options such as liftgates, cargo control and lighting.
  3. Build. The body is manufactured to order at our Abbotsford, BC facility.
  4. Confirmation. Final specifications are confirmed for each chassis and application.
CHASSIS COMPATIBILITY

Mounting and fit.

Every Evermount body is mounted with a galvanized frame — a bolted sub-frame with connection brackets. 10 and 12 ft bodies are 7.5 ft wide and high externally; 14 to 20 ft bodies are 8 ft wide and high. The body envelope is defined around the selected chassis and operational payload, so send us the chassis details with your enquiry and we will confirm fit.
