Evermount Truck Solutions manufactures dry van (dry freight) and refrigerated (reefer) truck bodies in Abbotsford, BC, in the Fraser Valley. We work with fleets, owner-operators and dealers across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, including Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Richmond and Delta. Every body is built to order in 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 ft lengths.

Dry van truck bodies
A dry van body built around 30 mm GRP sandwich panels with internal reinforcements, a 3/4″ marine ply floor with a 1.5 mm anti-slip GRP top layer, a Maclaren roll-up door with 1″ lightweight PVC and a powder-coated stainless steel rear door frame. Approximate weight from 780 kg (10 ft) to 1,700 kg (20 ft).
Refrigerated (reefer) truck bodies
Insulated with 100 mm thick XPS in the floor (38 kg/m³) and PU foam (45 kg/m³) in all other panels, with 120 mm floor and roof panels and 100 mm remaining panels. Includes a floor drain assembly and a Maclaren roll-up door with 2″ insulated PVC. Approximate weight from 940 kg (10 ft) to 2,050 kg (20 ft). The refrigeration unit is in customer scope.

Standard sizes and approximate weights from the Evermount truck body specification sheet. 10 and 12 ft bodies are 7.5 ft wide and high externally; 14 to 20 ft bodies are 8 ft. Final specifications are confirmed for each chassis and application.
